Full Color / Spot Color / One Color
With the new Ryobi 3404DI 4 color press; PIP Milwaukee is again a leader in bringing to you some of the most advanced print technology available in the world. This press utilizes Presstec's newest ProFire laser system which is capable of printing 200 line halftones at 2540 dpi resolution. This press can produce multiple 4-color jobs in one day that used to take us three to five days to produce. Because this is a waterless ink press, the solids and halftones print better and the drying time is less. This press can print cheaper than a Canon or Xerox laser printer at 350 copies and the quality is far superior because it's ink, not toner. Besides our new Ryobi press, we have an excellent 2 color press capable of printing up to 16 pt. stock on sheet sizes up to 14.5" x 20.5". Your most complex printing jobs can include varnish, special PMS matches, metallic or pastel inks. Our target niche is 20,000 pieces of 8.5 x 11 and under or 10,000 pieces 11 x 17 and under.

Digital Waterless Offest Printing Press
In October 2001 PIP printing Milwaukee purchased the first Ryobi digital waterless offset printing press in Wisconsin and the 6th one installed in all United States. It is so accurate in imaging plates and mounting them on press that no trapping sowftware is required to achieve precise registration of all images and color. In May 2004, we upgraded our Rip Server to the Xitron Zenith and added the Epson Stylus Pro 7600 high quality color proofer. PIP Printing Milwaukee purchased Wisconsin's first computer to plate high quality system for small to medium print companies in late 1996. This is the Eskofot DPX-420 platesetter. All reverses, dupes, screen tints, duotones, etc are created on computer, eliminating films and stripping. You end up paying less and getting it sooner! No films, no stripping and no metal plates means fast turnaround time and lower costs with no sacrifice of quality.
We provide you with the greatest efficiency in one continuous operation. From full-color copies to engineering size blueprint copies to high speed printers that can scan, copy, collate and stitch in one operation. Our newest COLOR copier/printer is the Konica 8050. This is a full color printer capable of handling heavyweight card stock up to 13 x 19 size. It prints 50 copies / minute and will collate, fold and saddle stitch. Our newest printer is the Ricoh 2105 which prints black/white at 105 copies/minute. It will run very heavy weight papers up to 12 x 18 and can print from all standard file formats

This is Hewlett Packard's HP-3000 printer. It is high quality at 600 dpi, producing great results from your photos and graphics. It prints on many different types of material including tyvek, vinyl, paper, coated stocks, and static cling. It can print up to 54" wide by any length. It works with both Mac and PC files.

Recently we added a Bourg 3000 perfect binding machine and a right angle attachment to our Baum folder.
