TIPS:

1. It is important for you to compress (a.k.a. "stuff," "zip") all of your files into an archive prior to uploading to the proper folder in this site. Doing so saves time during file transfer, and protects your files as they transfer from internet server computer to server computer.
2. Once you upload your archive send us an e-mail message and/or call us with your business information. This is essential, since we will not be able to discern your name, address , phone numbers and printing requirements from your file(s) alone.
3. Please take extra time to ensure that you have included *all* of the files necessary to print your document from our computers. Typically this includes
   1. all fonts (We ask for all of your fonts, because we may not have the exact
      same fonts as you do.)
   2. all placed artwork files (see below)
   3. the layout file

It is essential to send all fonts, your layout file and all of the placed graphics that you used (For example, imagine you created a layout called "sports brochure" (a QuarkXpress layout file) in which you placed a graphics file called "basketball.eps" (a Photoshop graphic) and used fonts named "Times" and "Optima." Send "sports brochure," "basketball.eps," and the screen and printer font files for "Times" and "Optima"!).
